Dan leads CCL Hospitality Group ensuring that our organization is well-positioned to meet the evolving needs of the clients and consumers we serve, today and into the future. His greatest strength is his ability to identify and unite creative individuals of diverse backgrounds for a unified vision in providing unparalleled hospitality. He was previously the Chief Growth Officer for Unidine. Prior to Unidine, he served as VP of Operations for a global food service management company. He earned his MBA from Pennsylvania State University.
Jeff brings a wealth of knowledge from his twenty years of experience in finance, including more than seven years of executive leadership within Compass Group. Most recently Jeff was the VP of Finance for Compass One at Amazon. Jeff has also led Compass Group’s Foodbuy Accounting and Technical Accounting Groups. After graduating from the University of Illinois, Chicago, he obtained his MBA from Wake Forest School of Business.
Jack is a hospitality and dining management industry veteran with more than 30 years of experience. Before joining CCL Hospitality Group, Jack held a number of roles for large, national food service management companies serving a variety of clients. In his role as Division President – East, he brings a wealth of knowledge and deep expertise in food service operations and senior living communities. As the needs of the senior living market evolve, Jack provides our clients and their residents with robust support and cutting-edge resources.
Christine brings more than 20 years of food service operations to her role of Operating President – West. She has worked extensively with QSR brands and is well-versed in franchising, strategic planning, and operational excellence. Prior to CCL Hospitality Group, Christine served as Senior Vice President of Operations and Business Development for a major U.S. restaurant corporation operating in 42 states. She earned a B.A. from University of West Florida and an M.B.A. from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University.
Shannon leads all of our organizational development and people management at CCL Hospitality Group. She has over 20 years of HR experience and develops high-performance teams by increasing engagement and building strong relationships. Shannon earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from North Carolina State University.
Randy Emert, CEC, CCA, CDM, CFPP and PCII has a diverse and extensive culinary and operations career. Having worked in restaurants and the Henry Ford Hospital as an Executive Chef and Director of Operations; he’s also been a food stylist for Cooking Light and Southern Cooking Magazines and a culinary instructor for more than 10 years. A decorated culinarian in multiple international culinary competitions and a Malcolm Baldrige Award recipient, he leads culinary innovation and systems for CCL Hospitality Group.
Ingrid leads the CCL Hospitality Group sales organization. She has been an integral part of Compass Group senior leadership for more than 15 years. She has led high-performing sales teams for Canteen, SSC, Chartwells K12 and Flik Independent School Dining. Ingrid has driven success with a focus on team development and building great relationships with her operating partners. With her 23 years of sales leadership experience, she brings her passion for people to fuel our continued growth.
Lee brings more than 25 years of industry experience to his role. He has an extensive background in operations, consumer marketing, and operational excellence. Lee’s role is to ensure that CCL Hospitality Group has the right operating systems, standards, and tools so that our operators can consistently provide the highest quality food, service and customer experience to our clients, residents, and guests. He leads our Culinary, Nutrition Health & Wellness, Merchandising, and Consumer Marketing strategies and teams. Prior to CCL Hospitality Group, Lee served as Vice President for a global food service company. He holds degrees from Shippensburg University and University of Phoenix.
Victoria is a results-oriented and customer-centric operations professional with a progressive record of success reflected in her 25 years in the food service industry. She started in the industry as a General Manager for an international contract food service company. Her career gained momentum with advancement to leadership roles managing portfolios greater than $45M. She currently serves as Senior Vice President of Operations for CCL Hospitality Group.
With a rich background in design and retail configuration, Phillip brings invaluable expertise to curate strategies and create modern, diversified environments that set the community's brand apart.
Phillip elevates communities by drawing on the latest design, innovation, branding, technology, and data. His tactical approach to integrating an exceptional consumer experience is built upon a deep understanding of resident preferences and buying habits, enabling him to curate engaging and delightful experiences and meaningful solutions. As the leader of The HUB, a specialized retail and design company, Phillip transforms data patterns into valuable business intelligence, using these insights to make well-informed decisions. Always keeping an eye on the aspirations of active aging consumers, Phillip ensures that the needs of today's residents are met while proactively anticipating the demands of tomorrow's residents.
Chris leads the supply chain team for CCL Hospitality Group. He has an extensive background in contract foodservice purchasing in healthcare, schools, B & I, and sports and entertainment markets. With more than 20 years of experience in food, paper, distribution, supplies, equipment, and services purchasing, Chris brings a solutions-based mindset to deliver the right product at the right cost and right time. Prior to joining CCL Hospitality Group, Chris led purchasing teams at one of the largest Group Purchasing Organizations in the United States, where he executed supply strategies for over 14,000 facilities. Chris holds a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and International Business from Florida International University in Miami, Florida.
With over 30 years of experience in the hospitality profession, Kristin is a trusted and impartial advocate for our clients. She leads the Client Excellence team for CCL Hospitality Group, and their mission is to promote growth through engaged relationships with genuine hospitality. Kristin and her team design, develop, and deliver effective solutions which align with each client’s unique culture, services, and brand promise. She is passionate about people and enabling and inspiring their engagement through effective and focused communication, personal interactions, and hands-on leadership.
Ellen is an accomplished Registered Dietitian with a wealth of experience. Ellen graduated with a BS in Food & Nutrition from Framingham State University and is credentialed by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.
Ellen's passion for guiding clients towards transformative lifestyle changes shines through her diverse experience. From her early days as a dietitian at a renowned medical center in Boston to her role as Wellness Director and dietitian for a chain of health clubs, she honed her ability to advocate for sustainable wellness practices. Ellen started with Unidine in 2009 as a Clinical Nutrition Manager and has held multiple senior leadership roles before reaching her current position. A member of esteemed associations, Ellen stays at the forefront of industry trends and innovations. Her commitment to advancing nutrition and wellness initiatives is evident in her role as VP, where she ensures that dining experiences are nourishing and impactful for all.
Agathe Ferri is the Vice President of Strategic Initiatives at CCL Hospitality Group, leading strategic planning and driving the successful execution of key strategic projects. With 10 years of experience at Compass Group, she has a strong background in business development, known for crafting winning strategies and empowering teams to deliver exceptional growth. Agathe's consultative skillset and ability to foster collaboration among cross-functional teams provide valuable insights that shape the company's strategic direction and transform concepts into actionable and result-driven plans. She holds a bachelor’s degree in International Hospitality Management from École hôtelière de Lausanne, Switzerland.
Summer is a dynamic marketing executive with more than 15 years of marketing leadership experience in crafting integrated solutions. She is adept at developing cross-channel marketing and brand strategies that elevate the consumer experience with a proven track record of success. With an analytical mind and people-first approach, she creates efficient and effective outcomes through excellent communication and leadership. Summer holds a master’s degree in business and marketing.
