Morrison begins as a single cafeteria

Unidine is launched

Compass Community Living is formed

Compass Community Living rebrands as CCL Hospitality Group

Opening in 1920 in Mobile Alabama by J.A. Morrison, who helped develop the cafeteria as an innovative hospitality concept.

Morrison grew to over 700 accounts in B&I, Education, and Healthcare. 10 years later, Morrison Living is created to focus on the Senior Living industry.

Compass Group purchases Morrison the same year that Unidine is launched, with a team of three and a focus on fresh food programs.

Unidine launches Coreworks, offering environmental and housekeeping support services for its communities.

Morrison Living, Unidine, and Coreworks unite as Compass Community Living, a powerhouse of brands offering best-in-class culinary and support services

With a new focus on communities and a curated approach to partnerships, CCL Hospitality Group launches with Dan Natterman as CEO. Acquiring The Hub as one of our companies, we now offer Award-winning retail and design services.
