Compass Group Wins America’s Greatest Workplaces 2023

We are proud to announce that Newsweek once again names Compass Group one of America’s Greatest Workplaces 2023. This accolade recognizes the top 1,000 companies in the United States that employees say have a positive corporate culture, safe and comfortable working environment, training and career development opportunities, robust benefits, sustainability awareness, work-life balance, and proactive management of their diverse workforce.

This recognition further underlines Compass Group’s commitment to nearly 290,000 associates, providing them with the tools and resources to build a meaningful career. This commitment is emphasized throughout the sectors, including CCL Hospitality Group.

Newsweek and market data research firm Plant-A Insights Group identified America’s Greatest Workplaces by conducting a large-scale employer study based on more than 389,000 company reviews.
